“&Co.MMUNITY” REGULATIONS
1) PROMOTER AND INITIATIVE
Manifatture del Nord S.r.l.* with registered office at via Marino Mazzacurati no. 6, 42122, San Maurizio (Reggio Emilia), Italy (hereinafter the “Company”) is the promoter of the initiative called “&Co.mmunity”, a MAX&Co. loyalty programme that allows the accumulation of points (hereinafter known as “dots”) with each purchase on a dedicated card (hereinafter the “&Co.mmunity Card”), which, when various set targets are reached (hereinafter known as “Statuses”), will give the Customer access to benefits and services (hereinafter known as “Rewards”).
*N.B.: From 01/12/2022, as a result of the merger by incorporation of Manifatture del Nord S.r.l. into Dedimax S.r.l., Dedimax S.r.l. will take over all the activities of Manifatture del Nord S.r.l. as the promoter of the &Co.mmunity initiative and as the data controller for the management of the initiative. This is without prejudice to any other information in the notice on the processing of personal data by Manifatture del Nord S.r.l. in point 12 of these Regulations, including the contact details of the company and those where to exercise your rights.
2) TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Registration to the &Co.mmunity loyalty programme, activation of the &Co.mmunity Card and use for the purpose of accumulating dots, as well as the use of the Rewards accrued when the various Statuses are reached, can be carried out at the online store it.maxandco.com and in the MAX&Co. brick-and-mortar stores participating in the initiative. You will find the participating stores at the following link: it.maxandco.com/store-locator by selecting the “&Co.mmunity” filter. From 7 June 2022, in addition to direct distribution channel MAX&Co. stores (hereinafter known as “Direct Stores”), participating stores will also include additional MAX&Co. brick-and-mortar stores managed by third parties (hereinafter known as “Indirect Stores”).
The &Co.mmunity Card can be used, and the relating Rewards enjoyed, only in Italy.
3) RECIPIENTS AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The initiative is reserved for final consumers only, physical persons, adults (hereinafter known as the “Customer”).
Each Customer can only own one &Co.mmunity Card.
The &Co.mmunity Card cannot be used by the Customer for advertising or promotional purposes, except with the express written consent of the Company.
When registering for the loyalty programme, the Customer is obliged to provide true and correct information, and the use of false details or data belonging to third parties is prohibited.
The Customer is asked to keep their identification and contact details up to date at all times: by accessing or registering in the “My Account” section of the it.maxandco.com website or via Customer Service (the contact details can be found here it.maxandco.com/info/customer-care/contact-us) or at the stores participating in the initiative by asking the sales personnel.
The conditions of the loyalty programme can be modified and/or cancelled at the discretion of the Company at any time, with adequate notice.
4) &CO.MMUNITY CARD
The &Co.mmunity Card remains the property of the Company, with the Customer only the custodian.
The &Co.mmunity Card is free.
The &Co.mmunity Card is personal and cannot be assigned or transferred. The &Co.mmunity Card may be requested for presentation at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to ask the Customer for identification as proof of their identity.
&Co.mmunity Card dots cannot be assigned or transferred.
Whoever registers for the &Co.mmunity Card loyalty programme consents to the processing of their personal data and to being contacted (e.g. by post, email, SMS, MMS, telephone or other digital communication channels) exclusively for information regarding the &Co.mmunity Card and/or for notifications relating to the Rewards that the Customer has or will receive (as set out in point 7) and relating to usage methods.
Without prejudice to any other legal right, including the right to compensation for damages, the Company can revoke the Customer’s right to use the &Co.mmunity Card and/or suspend its use and/or deactivate registration to the loyalty programme in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions of sales (link: it.maxandco.com/info/company-info/terms-and-conditions), the conditions of these Regulations, or in the case of the improper or harmful use of the MAX&Co. image or brand.
5) ISSUE
The &Co.mmunity Card can be obtained through the following channels:
- in stores participating in the initiative by asking the sales personnel;
- in the online store it.maxandco.com (registration necessary).
6) ADVANTAGES
The Customer in possession of the &Co.mmunity Card will be entitled to:
- Participate in the loyalty programme;
- Obtain Rewards on reaching the Statuses outlined in point 7.
7) COLLECTION OF DOTS
Dots:
- One dot corresponds to €1.00 of expenditure on full-price products;
- One dot corresponds to €2.00 of expenditure on products on sale or promotion;
- One dot corresponds to €1.00 of expenditure on the issue of a Gift Card;
- with an actual minimum spend of €300.00 for a purchase via a remote sale, an additional 50 bonus dots will be awarded.
Statuses:
- “Peach” from 0 to 250 dots;
- “Pink” from 251 to 600 dots;
- “Purple” from 601 to 1800 dots;
- “Red” more than or equal to 1801 dots.

1. The discount that the Customer will receive via email can be used by the Customer from 7 days before their birthday and up to 23 days after that date, only on non-sale products, with the exception of ongoing clothing lines, eyewear or &Collaboration collections (also it does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards);
2. Estimated average discount of 30%;
3. The Customer can enjoy the service without any limits on quantity; appointments, including behind closed doors, at the store participating in the programme should be agreed at least 3 days in advance based on the times available at the store.
4. The Customer can enjoy the service without a limit on the quantity and can have the following alterations made: simple trouser hem, hem like the original jeans, simple jacket sleeve hem, shortening of shirt sleeves, simple dress-skirt hem (that does not have details on the hem), taking in the waist of trousers (only at the waistband and does not include the hips or crotch). Value of single reward estimated at €12.00;
5. A Gift Card is only given once when each Status is reached; the Gift Card is not issued by the stores but is sent to the Customer via email; the Gift Card is issued in the month after the Status is reached (e.g. if the Customer reaches Pink Status in November 2021, the Gift Card is sent to the Customer during December 2021);The Gift Card in question is regulated by the terms and conditions set out in the regulations available at the link: https://it.maxandco.com/gift-card/regolamento;
6. The Customer can use the service, after checking the feasibility, on only one item for each Status reached, up to a value of €15.00 for the Purple Status and up to a value of €30.00 for the Red Status.
7. Estimated individual reward value €5.00;
8. Estimated discounts between 30% and 40%;
9. The Customer can use the service without any limits on quantity. Estimated individual reward value €15.00;
10. Ognuno dei n. 2 prodotti omaggio può essere ritirato una sola volta al raggiungimento dello Status Red; il prodotto omaggio potrà essere scelto tra una selezione di prodotti in base alla disponibilità di ciascun negozio e in ogni caso per un valore non superiore a €100,00 (the list of selected products for each year/season are available in annex A of these regulations, which is regularly updated with the selection of products for future Years/Seasons);
Any product purchases made in stores participating in the initiative and in the online store it.maxandco.com will generate dots.
Purchases made using a Gift Card do not generate dots.
To accumulate dots through purchases made at the online store it.maxandco.com, you will need to log in to your account. Purchases made anonymously do not generate dots.
To accumulate dots through purchases made in stores participating in the initiative, you make be asked to present your &Co.mmunity Card before each purchase.
The Company can cancel and/or revoke dots awarded by mistake, through fraud and/or through breaching Regulations.
The Company reserves the right to alter and/or cancel Rewards during the life of the &Co.mmunity Card.
Dots will be credited at the end of the period granted for exercising the right of withdrawal, following a purchase in the online store it.maxandco.com. From 01/02/2024, the crediting of dots for purchases made in the online store it.maxandco.com will be immediate.
In the case of an in-store purchase, the dots will be credited immediately.
The crediting of 50 bonus dots awarded following a remote sale, as described above, will take place the day after the finalised purchase.
You can check your dots balance at any time in the following ways:
- in stores participating in the initiative by asking the sales personnel;
- at the website it.maxandco.com in the My Account section;
- by contacting Customer Service.
7a) DOUBLE DOTS
From 19/04 to 30/04/2022, when purchasing one of the products listed below, the Customer will receive double dots (two dots for every €1.00 spent):
Adone, Agile, Agrumeto, Baciato, Bifora, Cella, Ceppo, Cereale, Certosa, Chill, Chioggia, Cicladi, Cifra, Cloruro, Dacia, Dado, Dadolata, Damerino, Dami, Damiano, Danaro, Danaroso, Dante, Danubio, Danzando, Darsi, Datare, Datato, Dati, Dattilo, Davide, Debita, Dinastia, Discesa, Distico, Eccetto, Ecru, Elios, Ella, Fun, Gaia, Galeone, Giulia, Hooray, Iinglese, Irialto, Latino, Lesena, Ligustro, Liuto, Maybe, Milonga, Miriam, Mobile, Nigella, Nuvola, Palata, Palco, Palombo, Preciso, Premessa, Pugno, Rialto, Ripresa, Risulta, Sabina, Salita, Sensato, Smorfia, Spartito, Tienno, Tizio, Up.
7b) DOUBLE DOTS – ONLINE
From 08/11/2022 to 20/11/2022, when making a purchase at the online store it.maxandco.com, the Customer will receive double dots (two dots for every €1.00 spent).
Purchases made using a Gift Card do not generate dots.
To accumulate dots through purchases made at the online store it.maxandco.com, you will need to log in to your account. Purchases made anonymously do not generate dots.
The Company can cancel and/or revoke dots awarded by mistake, through fraud and/or through breaching Regulations.
The Company reserves the right to alter and/or cancel Rewards during the life of the &Co.mmunity Card.

The dots will be credited from 26 June 2023 and, in any event, by 30 June 2023.
7b) DOUBLE DOTS
From 21/08/2023 to 03/09/2023, when purchasing one or more of the products listed below, the Customer will receive double dots (two dots for every €1.00 spent):
Alley, Topspin, Superbag, Superhat, Net, Panattam, Bubblem, Alpinam, Slam, Smash, Poach, Supertee, Tweener, Grip.
The double dots will be credited between 18/09/2023 and 30/09/2023.
7e) DOUBLE DOTS
From 16/09/2023 to 30/09/2023, when purchasing one or more of the products listed below, the Customer will receive double dots (two dots for every €1.00 spent):
Osen, Kimiko, Chou, Chira, Mika, Izumi, Aimi, Kioko, Emi, Hoshi, Nori, Yoko, Aya, Akira, Aoi, Kiku, Mio, Akiko, Sawa, Anzu, Jin, Yuki, Koko, Mura, Rin, Miki.
The double dots will be credited between 15/10/2023 and 30/10/2023.
8) LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE
If the &Co.mmunity Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the Customer can get a replacement card by simply going to a MAX&Co. store participating in the initiative and asking the sales personnel, or by requesting a new replacement &Co.mmunity Card on the website it.maxandco.com in the My Account section and cancelling the lost and/or damaged &Co.mmunity Card. The replacement of the Card will in no way affect the Rewards that the Customer has accrued up to that moment.
The Company will not be held responsible for any use of the lost or stolen card by non-legitimate parties.
9) TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the loyalty programme will cease in the following cases:
- at the Customer’s request, at any time;
- at the end of the loyalty programme.
10) DURATION
The initiative is valid from 19/10/2021 to 29/02/2024. More specifically:
- dot accumulation period: from 19/10/2021 to 29/02/2024 (inclusive);
- Rewards use period: from 19/10/2021 to 31/03/2024 (inclusive).
The Company can modify the regulations at the end of the period indicated above.
11) DEPOSIT
Deposit no. 000-250055461 equal to 20% of the estimated amount of the rewards expected to be supplied (an estimated value of €461,390.00), pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of Presidential Decree 430 of 26 October 2011, was granted in favour of the Ministry of Economic Development.
12) INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The holder of personal data processing is the company Manifatture del Nord* S.r.l. with its registered office at via Marino Mazzacurati 6, 42122, San Maurizio (Reggio Emilia), Italy (hereinafter known as “Manifatture del Nord”). Manifatture del Nord* provides the following information relevant to the methods and purposes of personal data processing, in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Manifatture del Nord* processes personal data collected both in hard copy and electronically to manage the Customer’s request to join the &Co.mmunity Card loyalty programme.
The data collected by Manifatture del Nord* will be processed using mainly electronic means, exclusively for the following purposes:
- issuing the &Co.mmunity Card;
- managing dot collection for purchases made;
- managing Rewards available based on dots accumulated;
- where applicable, fulfilling any legal obligations to which Manifatture del Nord* is subject as Data Controller.
In the case of the failure to provide the mandatory personal data (which is marked by an asterisk), to Manifatture del Nord* it will be impossible to provide the service requested and, therefore, the Customer cannot join the &Co.mmunity Card loyalty programme.
Personal data can be processed by employees or partners of Manifatture del Nord* appointed for data processing or, if necessary, by third parties – carefully selected and appointed as responsible for processing in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – which provide Manifatture del Nord* with processing services or activities instrumental to the management of the &Co.mmunity Card loyalty programme, including Max Mara Group companies for I.T. support services in the management of the &Co.mmunity Card programme, affiliated companies and distributors for &Co.mmunity Card management operations, and the collection of dots and use of Rewards selected. Where necessary, in order to use the Rewards, the data can be disclosed to third parties to provide the related services.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union and will be stored by Manifatture del Nord* for the period required by current legislation and using suitable methods to guarantee appropriate security levels. Once the need to process personal data has ceased, data will be securely deleted from the systems, devices and records that have been used for its storage and/or filing.
Personal data will not be shared.
If the Customer has given or is giving their specific consent for the CRM purposes of the Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l., the data can be processed by the latter as provided for by the information given at the time of their registration (available on the website it.maxandco.com/info/company-info/privacy-policy), including the sending of promotional communications (e.g. newsletters, offers, invitations to events, etc.). Limited to such processing, the Data Controller is Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l with registered office at Via Pietro Giannone, 10 - 10121 Turin - Italy. For more information on this processing, please refer to the information indicated here.
At any time, the Customer may access his/her personal data free of charge or request to have it updated, modified or deleted, or exercise any other right provided for by current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, by sending an email to infoprivacy@maxandco.com or by sending a letter by post to the address indicated below: Manifatture del Nord* S.r.l. with its registered office in via Marino Mazzacurati no. 6, 42122, San Maurizio (Reggio Emilia), Italy.
By contacting Manifatture del Nord* in one of the ways described above, the Customer may exercise his/her rights to:
- receive confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data and access its content;
- update, modify and/or correct his/her personal data;
- request the deletion, anonymous transformation, blocking of data processed in violation of the law or limitation of processing;
- object to the processing for legitimate reasons;
- oppose the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
- revoke consent, where provided, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- request the portability of your personal data provided to the Data Controller (receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data be transmitted to another Data Controller) or make a complaint to a supervisory authority.
